Horn Company: Established 1839 simply stated on the front and the large picture window filled with glittering gems and gold- there is a sense of being transported back in time. The store's original chandelier still hangs from above. Of course, much has changed since Edwin B. Horn founded the E.B. Horn Company 169 years ago. Yet the look of the now famous jewelry store, the feeling of family and the old-fashioned traditions of quality, service and value have remained intact. Today, The E.B. Horn Company is the last jewelry store of its size in New England that is still family-owned and run. The store boasts one of the largest selections of diamonds, jewelry and watches in New England. It has a comprehensive estate jewelry department which specializes in both buying and selling - attracting customers and dealers from all over the world. In fact, it has been said that The E.B. Horn Company sells more jewelry per square foot than any other jewelry store in the country. The store is also one of the few left in New England that still has jewelry and watch repair departments on the premises. This means repairs can be responded to quickly and with ease. Store Hours: Tues, Wed, Fri: 9:30-6:00 Sat: 9:30-5:30 Mon, Thurs: 9:30-7:00 Refund Policies E.B. Horn will provide cash refunds for all items returned, with sales receipts, within fourteen days. Items must be returned in original condition and must be unworn. Personalized, customized, or other specially ordered items are excluded. If a customer does not have a sales receipt, a merchandise credit or gift certificate will be issued if the item is returned within 14 days. Gift Shipping and Delivery Services We can ship your gift directly, with complimentary gift wrapping, to the destination of your choice. To meet the needs of our customers, E.B. Horn will use all delivery services available to assure the timely, secure receipt of our merchandise. Those services include: Registered Mail, Federal Express, and UPS. Gift Certificates Sometimes, the best gift is to leave the choice up to that special someone. We'll provide gift certificates made out directly to you or to the recipient of your choice.
