A WINTER WHITEOUT

A WINTER WHITEOUT

A winter white paired with her favorite clutch and delicate jewels for a little added sparkle took Kerrie’s  sweater and jeans quite literally took me all the way through from a 9am meeting with clients to a bubbly-soaked 9pm event.

I know what you’re thinking; “white plus this girl? disaster waiting to happen!” As valid as your point (and my husband’s!) may be however, I’m 99.9% convinced it’s impossible for any style-lover to resist the allure of an all white look come December first – nevermind the fact that the guys at J.McLaughlin actually challenged me to create said look and you know your girl never turns her back on a good challenge!

Working with the classic brand to come up with a fun look for the season I was completely spoiled for choice. Did I want to go for a dress I could wear to my husband’s company holiday party? (I totally would have opted for this LWD by the way!) A skirt I could see myself wearing for years to come? (Um, this one!) Or something completely different? After hours worth of trying on different combinations at the Beacon Hill location (I’m pretty sure the staff and I are now family – hey Diana!) I finally settled on a couple of wardrobe-workhorses I knew I’d easily be able to dress up or down.

Paired with my favorite clutch and delicate jewels for a little added sparkle my new sweater and jeans quite literally took me all the way through from a 9am meeting with clients to a bubbly-soaked 9pm event at The Mandarin last Thursday. While that make’s it a no-brainer in my book, I’d love to know what you think of today’s look. . .
